Don’t you sometimes wonder why people buy your product once and they never come back? Lately, even your loyal and regular clients are buying less of your product, requiring your services less and less and yet you need to keep your regular customers and attract more customers? Perhaps you thought that the discounts you give when a client is still new are the solution (because they seem to attract new clients) but you cannot give a client discounts forever! Did you ever think that perhaps what you are selling, the service you are giving is not what the clients want? Now, unless you are God (there is only one God, and you are not him, neither am I) you cannot know what your clients need or in what form they need what you are offering unless you ask them. And you cannot get genuine feedback from clients if you don’t have a good relationship with them. So think about regularly asking your clients to tell you what they think about your product and services.
